The Safe Ride Home Guarantee offers free local trips to those who are without the means to make payment at the time of their ride. This includes young people returning from nights out, lone individuals travelling after dark, and vulnerable members of society who don’t feel safe completing their journey on foot, for whatever reason.

To take advantage of the Safe Ride Home Guarantee, simply mention “Safe Ride Home Guarantee” when making a booking by phone. Our call handlers will dispatch the nearest car to collect you and take you home. And we’ll never ask any difficult questions.

If you’re unable to pay at the time of your journey, you can still request this service. We will get in touch in the following days to arrange payment. You will only ever pay the meter price for your journey, never a penny more.
